Equipment Used and Maintenance Procedures:
Mowing:

Commercial Zero-Turn Mowers with Baggers - Self-propelled Mowers with Baggers will be used and the height of cut will depend on type of grass and local conditions.
*The Services below are included with mowing

Trimming: With each mowing; we will also trim around all buildings, signage, shrubs, curbs and any other obstacles within the assigned areas. All debris (small twigs, limbs, etc) will be removed from the grass areas prior to mowing. Excess grass clippings will be raked, blown or bagged as needed to maintain a neat appearance

Edging: All sidewalks, entry ways and curbs will be edged to maintain a neat appearance.

Blowing: Any grass clippings or debris will be blown away and/or picked up and hauled off at each scheduled maintenance service.
